The Islamic Republic Nationwide Bloodbath

The world is only beginning to grasp the scale of the atrocities committed during the January 2026 crackdown in Iran, as leaked state documents and hospital data point to a death toll of more than 30,000 protesters, with some estimates now exceeding 36,500. These numbers have surfaced despite severe internet blackouts, through smuggled images, testimonies from survivors, and accounts from doctors who risk their lives to speak out.

Families are forced to wander morgues, prisons, and IRGC compounds lined with bodybags, desperately searching for the faces of their children and loved ones amid deliberate obstruction and silence from authorities. Reports describe parents being ushered through rows of plastic‑wrapped corpses, sometimes being told to look for their sons and daughters “among the bags” with no record of where the bodies are ultimately buried. Upon finding their loved ones, families are then subjected to extortion forced to buy back their loved ones with thousands of dollars. This cruelty is compounded by systematic intimidation, with security forces threatening families who demand answers or public funerals. Each of these stories underscores a regime determined not only to kill, but to erase the evidence of its own violence.

Hospitals, once places of healing, have been turned into frontlines of repression, as security forces storm emergency rooms, arrest wounded protesters from their beds, and target medical staff who dare to provide treatment. Multiple testimonies now indicate that wounded protesters have been murdered while under medical care, with some families receiving bodies bearing gunshot wounds to the forehead while catheters and tubes are still attached, stark evidence of executions disguised as clinical deaths. Eyewitness accounts further suggest that mass graves are being filled in haste, with some of the “bodies” still gravely injured and audibly moaning as they are dumped and buried, blurring the line between massacre and live burial.

Similar reports from hospitals describe medical personnel being barred from entering morgue areas, where critically wounded patients are left on concrete floors to die slowly of cold exposure and untreated injuries, turned into human evidence that the regime refuses to acknowledge. Human‑rights monitors warn that this deliberate medical neglect, combined with torture and overcrowded prisons, amounts to a hidden extension of the massacre inside clinics, morgues, and detention centers. As prisons overflow and mass graves quietly fill, these tactics reveal a broader strategy: to crush dissent not only in the streets, but in every space where life might still be saved. Yet even under this terror, testimonies, images, and the tireless courage of medical workers and grieving families ensure that the truth continues to break through.

Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi's Proclamation of January 22nd

Dear compatriots abroad,

Your impressive and dignified demonstrations in recent days — from Australia to across Europe, Canada, and the United States — have inspired strength and hope among our courageous fellow citizens inside our occupied homeland. Your voice truly reflects the will of the Iranian nation, and I extend my sincere gratitude to each of you.

Today, as the Islamic Republic seeks to suppress public dissent through brutal violence and de facto martial law, the responsibility of Iranians abroad to build international support for our people has become even more significant. Your role is now more crucial than ever, and your continued engagement is essential — broader in scope, more coordinated, more cohesive, and more strategically focused.

As stated in my recent press conference in Washington, we have outlined six specific requests to the international community at this stage. The collective efforts of Iranians abroad — from rallies, vigils, and marches to diplomatic outreach, legislative engagement, and media advocacy — should center upon these six key objectives:

First: Protect the people of Iran by weakening the regime’s repressive apparatus, particularly through measures targeting the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), its leadership, command structure, and logistical infrastructure.

Second: Intensify economic pressure by freezing the regime’s global assets and disrupting its covert network of oil tankers, often referred to as the “ghost fleet.”

Third: Facilitate open and secure internet access for Iran through Starlink and other reliable communication technologies, while neutralizing the regime’s capacity to restrict connectivity.

Fourth: Expel the regime’s diplomats and pursue legal accountability for those responsible for crimes against humanity.

Fifth: Demand the immediate and unconditional release of all political prisoners.

Sixth: Support preparations for a democratic transition in Iran and recognize the legitimacy of a representative transitional government.

I call upon all Iranians overseas to remain united under the Lion and Sun flag — a symbol for which countless brave Iranians have sacrificed their lives to see raised once again. Let us set aside personal differences, avoid duplication of efforts within the same communities, and work in coordination to enhance the collective impact of our actions.

Remember that, in the eyes of the international community, you represent the great nation of Iran. Therefore, your conduct must always be dignified, disciplined, and reflective of the ethical and cultural values of our country.

My colleagues and I are closely following your coordinated activities, and details regarding the forthcoming Global Day of Action and Solidarity with Iran’s National Revolution will be announced shortly.

The eyes of our noble compatriots in Iran — who remain under the occupation of the Islamic Republic — are upon us. Let us join hands to hasten the end of their suffering and help lead our nation toward the freedom and prosperity it deserves. That day is nearer than ever.

Long live Iran.

Defiance Despite Severe Repression

More evidence continues to emerge of brutal state violence unleashed against unarmed protesters across Iran over the past two weeks, even as a near-total internet shutdown keeps the country largely cut off from the outside world and shields ongoing atrocities from scrutiny. Reports are surfacing of detainees dying suddenly in custody or under medical care amid allegations of mysterious injections and deliberate medical neglect, heightening fears of systematic torture and extrajudicial killing.

Across multiple cities, funerals for children and young people killed by security forces are themselves turning into defiant street protests, with mourners chanting anti-regime slogans and demanding justice despite the heavy presence of armed units. Heart‑rending scenes show families and loved ones publicly applauding and cheering their murdered relatives as martyrs, transforming grief into a powerful act of resistance and collective courage.

Status of Internet in Iran and Starlink Crackdowns

Iran remains under an ongoing internet shutdown, marking a shift from earlier disruptions. Instead of filtering traffic, authorities have severed peering points linking Iran to the outside world, effectively isolating the country. At present, Starlink is the only reliable means of connecting beyond Iran’s borders. However, regime agents are reportedly tracking Starlink terminals using frequency and Wi-Fi scanners to locate users. Emerging Starlink Direct-to-Cell technology may offer a vital new lifeline for Iranians enduring such digital repression.

Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi's Press Conference

Reza Pahlavi’s January 16, 2026 press conference framed the Islamic Republic as being on the verge of collapse and current protests as a historic opportunity for change. He presented himself as the key national figure able to steward a temporary transition and unite diverse political currents, including parts of the security forces. He urged foreign governments to treat the regime as illegitimate, isolate it diplomatically and economically, and avoid legitimizing any “rebranded” version. He outlined a multi-step pressure plan targeting the IRGC, regime finances, and its oil and repression infrastructure while expanding Iranians’ access to communication tools. Addressing people inside Iran, he urged continued resistance, promised eventual return, and stressed future accountability for officials with blood on their hands.

World Seething in Regime Atrocities

The scale of atrocities committed in Iran is only now coming into focus, as the darkness slowly gives up the names of the fallen. It is now widely believed that more than 12,000 protesters have been murdered, each life cut down for daring to dream of freedom. Among the victims are athletes, artists, children and minors as young as five, small hands and bright futures shattered by a state that fears its own youth. Their absence hangs over every street and every classroom, a wound that no propaganda can conceal.

Funerals meant for mourning are transformed into fresh uprisings, as mourners turn their tears into chants and their grief into defiance. In cemeteries and city squares, families stand unarmed before power, refusing to let their dead be buried in silence. Each grave becomes a new front line, each name a banner carried forward by those who remain. The regime seeks to erase them, but their stories multiply in whispers, in songs, and in the unbroken courage of the crowds. What began as repression has become an epic of resistance, written in blood yet refusing to end in despair. So long as Iranians gather to remember and to resist, the memory of these atrocities will not fade, and the promise of justice will not die.

Confirmed Reports of Islamic Republic atrocities and Massacre of Protesters

Worldwide media are now reporting the tragic deaths of tens of thousands of Iranian protesters, brutally slain by IRGC and Hashd al‑Sha'abi forces firing indiscriminately into peaceful crowds after the Internet shutdown since 01/10. Testimonies describe scenes of horror—unarmed citizens murdered during arrests, their voices silenced but their message burning ever brighter. Despite the bloodshed, the spirit of resistance continues to surge through Iran’s streets. From Tehran to Tabriz, and from Shiraz to Zahedan, an unbroken wave of defiance rises against tyranny.

The regime’s machinery of repression has unleashed unprecedented violence, yet hope persists in every chant for freedom. Reports from the ground show citizens refusing to retreat, their tears mingling with determination. Families mourn martyrs whose courage now fuels the struggle for national liberation as each funeral procession is not sparking a new protest.

Across the globe, Iranians in exile amplify their nation’s cry for justice and accountability. The world watches as an oppressed people confront one of history’s most ruthless regimes. The uprising in Iran stands not as an act of rebellion—but as a fight for life, dignity, and the rebirth of a free nation.

“Know that you’re not alone—your compatriots around the world are chanting your names with pride!” declared Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi in his latest message to the Iranian people. Responding to his call, nationwide protests intensified as demonstrators filled the streets on Sunday and Monday nights, unyielding in their defiance. On Sunday evening, the Crown Prince issued a directive instructing all embassies to replace the flag of the Islamic Republic with the historic lion and sun emblem. Within hours, a wave of supporters worldwide hung national flags across embassy gates in acts of solidarity.

From Los Angeles to London to Washington D.C., massive coordinated rallies rose in support of Iran’s ongoing uprising per The Crown Prince's request. Despite crippling Internet blackouts, protesters are using Starlink networks to broadcast the truth, with footage emerging from Tehran, Mashhad, and Isfahan. These videos reveal enormous crowds demanding liberty and justice. Yet, violence has escalated, with reports of tragic losses among both civilians and IRGC forces. Unshaken, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi has now called on the people to reclaim centers of propaganda and the state media apparatus. He also urged Iranian engineers and digital defenders to dismantle regime filters and restore communication links to the free world.

Second Day Response to The Crown Prince's Call to Protests

Following Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi’s latest call for action, Iranians once again filled the streets in massive numbers on Friday and Saturday, with growing crowds in major city centers. Despite harsh Internet and cell shutdowns, videos shared via Starlink showed huge rallies in Mashhad and Tehran. In a desperate move to hide the scale of the uprising, the regime cut power, plunging streets into darkness—only for protesters to light them up with their phone flashlights. Defiant chants echoed as the lion and sun flag replaced the Islamic Republic’s banner across dozens of towns and cities. In their recognition, X encouraged this act of unity, switching the Iran flag emoji to the pre-revolutionary symbol. This act of unity was repeated In London, where a demonstrator bravely climbed the Iranian embassy to raise the national flag high above the regime’s.

Meanwhile, talk intensified of possible U.S. strikes on IRGC facilities amid escalating regime threats. Power and Internet outages crippled airports, halting flights and freezing operations. Renewing his leadership, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi called for nationwide strikes uniting workers, transport, and production sectors. He also called on the Iranian diaspora to unite behind the uprisings and organize demonstrations in their cities of residence worldwide over the weekend. The movement grows stronger, illuminating a nation’s fight for freedom against darkness.

Response to The Crown Prince's Call to Protests

Millions of Iranians answered Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi’s call for nationwide protests on Thursday and Friday, filling the streets with chants for change. Massive crowds gathered across more than 230 cities, with new centers of unrest emerging in northern cities such as Amol, Ardabil, Aryashahr, Khomein, Khalkhal, Firuzkuh, and Tabriz. Protesters waved the pre-Islamic Republic lion and sun flag while lowering the regime’s emblems, displaying unity and defiance. Demonstrations in support of the Crown Prince featured his pictures and banners across the nation, transforming the movement into a powerful national statement.

Clashes erupted as security forces attempted to suppress the uprising, leading to the torching of several government buildings and IRGC command centers. In many areas, protesters dismantled and destroyed IRGC vehicles and motorcycles. Surveillance cameras were attacked in defiance of widespread monitoring and repression. Some western officials expressed doubts regarding the survival of the Islamic Republic regime. Iran International estimated that millions participated despite threats and arrests. In response, the regime imposed heavy Internet restrictions and disrupted mobile communications, attempting to stem the growing wave of nationwide resistance.

On a lighter note, various celebrities such as Max Amini and J.K Rowling also expressed support for the national upgrisings in Iran.

Tenth Consecutive Day of Protests in Iran

Today, Tehran’s historic Bazaar became the heart of a massive peaceful protest as citizens gathered to demand freedom and justice. The demonstration turned tense when IRGC police launched a violent assault, dispersing protesters with tear gas and batons. Yet, the people of Tehran stood firm—quickly regrouping and reclaiming the streets in a powerful act of resistance. In the city of Abdanan, an extraordinary moment unfolded as footage showed IRGC forces refusing to crack down, instead watching from their command center rooftop and even waving at the crowds below. Across the nation, flyers bearing the image and message of Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi were distributed in cities like Bandar Abbas, symbolizing unity and shared purpose. Major demonstrations also filled the streets of Shahr-e Kurd, Mashhad, Karaj, Borujerd, and Yazdanshahr. Social media buzzed with reports of Delta Force units spotted in Iraqi Kurdistan, adding to speculation of shifting dynamics on the regional stage. In this atmosphere of hope and courage, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi issued a call for nationwide protests on January 7th and 8th. His message resonated through the cities and towns of Iran, lighting a spark of anticipation and strength among millions. As the sun set, chants for freedom echoed once more—proof that the spirit of the Iranian nation remains unbroken.

Ninth Consecutive Day of Protests in Iran

“To the afflicted patriots of Malekshahi and Ilam: Khamenei and every official of the Islamic Republic responsible for this atrocity will be hunted by justice and forced to pay in full for this crime,” the Crown Prince declared in his latest statement, condemning the mass shooting of peaceful protesters in Malekshahi and Ilam and the subsequent attack on the hospital where the wounded had sought treatment. Throughout the day, intense protests and brutal clashes unfolded across Tehran, with areas such as Sepahsalar garden, Tehransar, and Naziabad witnessing continuous confrontations between regime forces and demonstrators. Similar scenes spread across numerous cities—including Sari, Behbahan, Qazvin, Nurabad, and Sangsar—where the streets echoed with chants demanding justice and an end to tyranny. In places like Lahijan, Yasuj, and Nurabad, the situation escalated so severely that entire neighborhoods resembled active battlefields.

Alarming reports emerged of teenagers and even younger children being shot with shotgun birdshot pellets, their bodies riddled with wounds that many local clinics and hospitals refused to treat for fear of regime reprisals. Families were forced to choose between seeking professional care and risking arrest, or attempting dangerous at‑home treatment for life‑threatening injuries. Despite this climate of terror, protesters grew more defiant, returning to the streets in waves and refusing to abandon public squares and intersections. Across multiple cities, activists printed and distributed images of their chosen leader, carefully pasting them on walls, monuments, and other symbolic landmarks to signal unity and resolve. President Trump again vowed to defend the protesters if the regime resorts to mass shootings like it has done in the past, reinforcing international attention on the costs of further bloodshed. By nightfall, the combination of mounting casualties, medical intimidation, unbroken public resistance, and renewed international warnings had turned the day into a stark testament to both the regime’s cruelty and the people’s unshaken determination to fight for freedom.

Eighth Consecutive Day of Protests in Iran

Despite a direct crackdown order from Khamenei, security forces escalated their violent suppression of nationwide protests today. IRGC police launched a brutal assault on a hospital in Malekshahi in an attempt to arrest wounded demonstrators, drawing outrage across the world. Reports also confirm that IRGC units opened fire on peaceful protestors in Malekshahi, resulting in casualties among unarmed civilians. Similar orders for intensified crackdowns were executed in Tehran, Borujerd, Lahijan, Yazd, Neyshabur, Sari, and Sangesar. Yet, despite the regime’s severe repression, protests not only persisted but grew more resilient, with citizens resisting arrests and confronting the IRGC on the streets. Many instances were recorded of protesters successfully preventing the capture of fellow demonstrators. Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi issued a heartfelt statement offering condolences to the families of the fallen and naming the victims and cities affected. In his address, he condemned Khamenei as “the despot of our time” and held him responsible for the bloodshed of Iran’s youth. He vowed that the Iranian people would not rest until the regime’s complete collapse. Concluding his message, the Crown Prince praised the unity and courage of the Iranian people, declaring that the day of liberation is near and that victory rightfully belongs to them.

Seventh Consecutive Day of Protests in Iran

Widespread clashes have erupted across multiple Iranian cities, including Mahallat, Tehran, Khorramabad, Karaj, and Bojnurd, marking an escalation in the national uprising. In response, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi issued a strong statement warning Khamenei that the Iranian nation will soon end his regime’s tyranny, urging people not to abandon the streets but to expand their movement. Demonstrations in solidarity with the Iranian people have also surged globally, with the expatriate community rallying in cities from Washington D.C. to Toronto, Vancouver, Berlin, and throughout Europe. As protests intensify nationwide, growing numbers of Iranians express open support for the Crown Prince as a unifying leader in the struggle for freedom. Reports indicate that protestors are increasingly organizing to produce and distribute the Free Iran pre-1979 lion and sun flag—an emblem now widely seen on motorcycles and across demonstrations throughout the country.

Sixth Consecutive Day of Protests in Iran

Protests across Iran intensified today, spreading even into the conservative clerical stronghold of Qom and numerous other cities including Tabriz, Qazvin, Marvdasht, Borazjan, Shahrekord, Hamedan, Babahaidar, Isfahan, and several districts of Tehran, where demonstrators clashed violently with IRGC forces. Mourners at the funeral of slain protester Khodadad Shiravani in Marvdasht repelled an IRGC assault, forcing security forces to withdraw as rage over his killing fueled broader confrontations. In several areas, regime flags were torn down and replaced with the historic lion-and-sun banner, as crowds chanted “Long Live the King” and “Pahlavi Will Return,” signaling rising open support for the leadership of Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi. Against this backdrop, The Crown Prince issued a new proclamation urging residents of Tehran to flood the streets and seize key objectives in the coming days, framing the escalating unrest as a decisive phase in the struggle against the ruling clerical regime. The Crown Prince also expressed gratitude to President Trump for his unwavering support for the Iranian people and their safety in their struggle for freedom.

Fifth Consecutive Day of Protests in Iran

Protests across Iran are rapidly intensifying, spreading from economic grievances to open calls for regime change and the return of the Pahlavi monarchy. Security forces, including IRGC units and plainclothes agents, have responded with live fire, mass arrests, and violent crackdowns, leaving several protesters dead and many injured. Crowds in cities such as Tehran and Marvdasht chant “Pahlavi will return,” “Long live the King,” and “Down with Khamenei,” signaling both monarchist sentiment and outright rejection of the Supreme Leader. Demonstrators have attacked regime symbols and stormed official buildings, indicating a shift from peaceful protest to more confrontational resistance. Observers warn that this is the most serious unrest since 2022, with the outcome hinging on the scale of strikes, possible defections in the security forces, and the regime’s willingness to escalate repression further.

Uprising in Iran

In the wake of the rial’s dramatic collapse, Iranians across multiple cities have poured into the streets, closing bazaars and turning commercial districts into centers of open defiance against the Islamic Republic. Amid clashes with security forces and volleys of tear gas, crowds have adopted explicitly pro-monarchy slogans, chanting “This is the final battle, Pahlavi will return,” “Reza Shah bless your soul,” and “Long Live the King,” as these monarchist slogans echo from Tehran to other major urban centers. The Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi has publicly endorsed the uprisings, urging merchants, workers, and even security personnel to stand with the demonstrators, lending the protests a clear anti-regime and pro-Pahlavi character.
